WELCOME AGAIN TO OUR HOME PAGE
We (Muriel and I) recently celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Looking back, it doesn't seem like 50 years, although 4 children and 8 grandchildren remind us of the passage of time!
It is often occasions like this that cause us to stop and think, 'What have we achieved?' 'What significant things stand out?' It's OK, Im not going into boring reminiscenses!
Dag Hamaarskjold, (ex-UN boss) once said, as he thought over his life,
'For all that has been - Thanks!
For all that is to come - Yes!'
which I think is a great motto.
St Paul put it this way,
'I have fought a good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; I am now ready to be offered.'
A life lived with Jesus Christ at the centre is always 'the good life'
